Location
The Juniper Tree, Chiang Mai is situated in a secluded area near the city centre. It is located about 10-15 minutes drive from the International Airport and 5 to 10 minutes from the railway station and city centre. (Click here for map). There is a 9 hole golf course within walking distance and it’s just a short taxi ride to banks, travel agents, supermarkets and shopping malls, as well as Chiang Mai’s famous Night Market.

Accommodation
We can accommodate up to 80 people in our 34 bedrooms. The accommodation is in 17 wooden traditional Thai-style houses set in attractive gardens. Each house is made up of 1 or more bedrooms and some have connecting rooms.

Each room has air-conditioning, ensuite hot water shower and western-style toilet, plus telephone and email facilities (if you have your own computer). Bed linen and towels are provided.

Please note:
• We aim to keep our running expenses as low as possible and consequently our rooms are comfortable but not luxurious.
• Due to our need to accommodate the maximum number of people, we cannot guarantee a particular room or house.

Meals
We have a large dining room serving 3 meals per day. Many guests enjoy the opportunity for fellowship that meal times provide. Some meals give you a taste of Thai cuisine, others are Western favourites.
Although we run on a full-board basis, it is possible to sign out of some meals to enable you to take trips further away, or sample some of Chiang Mai’s plentiful restaurants.
