Another cheap and good breakfast today and then off for another adventure.

Today we went out to an organic farm to do a day cooking class, we prepared green curry paste, green chicken curry, Chicken in Coconut Milk, Chicken with cashew nuts, Spring rolls and Banana in Coconut milk.

All the ingredients out at this place were grown right there and all natural, the food tasted awesome even though it was me cooking it! Hopefully I'll be able to keep on cooking this kind of stuff upon our return.

We met a crazy french dude called Stefan and also had a good chat to an older dutch couple that have been in, out and around Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia for the last 20 years, good to get some advice off them.

Bec made friends with a cat that looked just like our Miah as well!

We are starting our adventure to Laos tommorrow so we might not be heard from for a while, we've got about 5 hours in the bus tommorrow, before crossing the border and spending 8 Hours in a Boat the next day and another 8 hours in the boat the day after that, finally arriving in Luang Prabang!
